How do I manage or cancel my hotel booking?
To manage or cancel your hotel booking, log in to your Viaggio.com account and navigate to the “My Bookings” section. Depending on the hotel’s cancellation policy, you might be able to make changes or cancellations. Some changes may be subject to fees.
Will I be charged if I cancel my booking?
If you have a free cancellation booking, you won’t pay a cancellation fee. If your booking is no longer free to cancel or is non-refundable, you may incur a cancellation fee. Any cancellation fees for a booking are determined by the property.
Where can I find the cancellation policy?
When searching for the room, you should be able to find the booking conditions and the cancellation policy along with other room information.
When will I receive my refund?
If any refund occurs, Viaggio will start processing the refund to your original payment account immediately. It will usually take 7-15 working days for the refund to be credited to your original payment account, depending on your bank issuer or payment platform.
How do I contact the hotel?
For any concerns or questions regarding your existing booking you may contact customerservice@viaggio.com. For any other information regarding the hotel, hotel facilities, places to visit around the hotel, airport transfers, etc., you may contact the hotel directly by viewing their contact details on Google.
